Tips for body wrapping...
Prior to wrapping.
Heat water in a heating pot or pan, add aloe and soak wraps in the solution.
Wrapping.
Apply the clay in a thin layer directly to the skin in the areas where you want to detoxify, lose inches, reduce cellulite, and tone the skin.
Wrap the area with the bandage wraps removing one at a time and squeezing out extra water from the heating unit.
Compression or non-compression? The opinions vary on whether to use compression or not when wrapping. If you have any health conditions or circulation problems, you should not use tight compression. Wrap loosely with the hot wraps, just tight enough to hold the wraps firmly to the skin. I prefer to use compression wrapping tightly, but not too tight to cut off circulation.
Aloe Vera is perfect for cleansing and detoxifying. Herbal concentrate offers
many skin benefits from the various herbs that are included.
